Bernadette Romero, who is recruiting host families, has herself been a host. She says of her experience, "I have been involved with foreign exchange since 2000. It was been an awesome experience. Now I can honestly say, that I have children from around the world. I keep in touch with many of them. My own children have made life long friends and have learned so much from them."
